The dry oil distributor consists of a valve body and a valve seat, an O-ring, a pipe joint, a piston, a piston spring, a coupling, a piston rod, an oil suction spring and an indicator rod. The valve body is divided into two parts: the oil filling valve body and the oil suction valve body, which are screwed together or joined together by other methods. It has the advantages of high sensitivity, no oil leakage, good reliability and long service life.
         
        It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, heavy machinery, electric power, chemical, building materials, petroleum, port, dock, paper, ship lock, environmental protection, military, machine tools, tunnel engineering and other enterprises or fields, is an important component of automatic lubrication.
         
        The basic working principle is to use hydraulic progressive action. The so-called progressive type refers to each working plunger pair in the distributor, after the cyclic action of the previous working plunger pair, each work to complete its own plunger stroke, and delivers the quantitative lubricant to the lubrication. point. As long as the pressurized lubricant is supplied to the distributor, the working plunger pair operates in a progressive manner and is filled with a constant displacement. However, once the supplied pressure lubricant flow ceases, the working plunger of the dispenser also stops moving. When the pressurized lubricant starts to flow, the working plunger in the dispenser restarts its oiling cycle at the same point. The progressive distributor is structurally divided into an integrated type and a slice type. The integrated distributor is a whole valve body, which is compact in structure and convenient to install. However, the valve body is generally made of aluminum alloy, the threaded port is easily damaged, and the gap between the working plunger and the valve body becomes larger at abnormal high pressure, thereby generating Leakage, progressive action will continue erroneously. Also, the integrated distributor has the same displacement per hole, which is difficult to adapt to the various oil requirements of the injection molding machine. The chip type combined type distributor is composed of a plurality of pieces of distribution blocks, and the distribution block displacement has various specifications, and can be matched according to different needs, and the degree of freedom is large, and the disadvantage is that the body is bulky and heavy, and the blocks are allocated between the blocks. It is inevitable that a leak will occur on the joint surface.
